Working out with your spouse, partner significant other can provide a powerful combination of support, accountability, motivation and, in some cases, healthy competition all of which provides foundational dividends. Fun Loving Couples believe in turning off the tv (not all the time though) and getting active. Start with a walk around the neighborhood or jump right in with both feet. Be forewarned throwing caution to the wind is ill-advised and at minimum may cause you to sit funny on the porcelain thrown.
It’s been our experience a great compliment to workout together is being more deliberate and intentional with your nutrition but that will be a post for another time.
